Well as the end of the month approaches, I'd like to update you guys on how the work loads been going.

The boarding code is now much much cleaner than it was before and we've finally gotten it well enough that we can expand beyond our test map and begin utilizing the entity for our other maps.

We've succeeded in getting our modified zombies to spawn from a command that will eventually change into zombies spawning based on waves and the time in the map for our "Defense" mode. The only issue we're having with this code at the moment is the zombie is being very troublesome and taking our model rather than the standard headcrab zombie.

We've solved some massive animation problems that were troubling us.

I've hired several new people who i'll officially introduce at the end of the month.

The feature of this months update will be a demo video of the nailgun which you use to board up areas, as requested in the forums. Should be quite interesting and entertaining. Stay tuned.

Keep in mind, the TOPSITE code has now changed, so you will have to fix that on your site. You can find the code in your edit mod CP.

Thank you all for the positive feedback regarding the JEC group shot. We are very happy with these concepts and hope to build from them.

Additionally, this week Gjorm, our former texture artist, left the team because of a busy schedule. We all wish him the best with any and all future projects.

However, we also received one new addition to the fold. Zort is our newest animator/modeler. He has a very professional approach to 3D art and will certainly be a great boost to our team.

We are currently working on more media. Hopefully, we will have something special to show you all in the next couple of weeks.

Talk to you all soon.

As always, the team has been working hard to be fully prepared for the release of HL2. Tonight we're updating with two new weapon renders: the Walther P38 and the M1A1 Carbine. There is still more to come, so check back regularly.

We are once again accepting applications from animators and programmers. We've changed our application page significantly, so if you're interested, check it out here
